This beautiful 140 m² home, fully private and not overlooked, is spread over three levels and offers generous spaces designed for gathering together.
On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious and welcoming living area: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a traditional cantou fireplace and a Gottlieb pinball machine, as well as a lounge with an insert fireplace.
The entire space opens directly onto a 40 m² wooden terrace, overlooking the private heated pool (3 × 12 m), open from mid-April to mid-September.
